Trip to Oklahoma

For Memorial Day weekend, we visited Granny and Papa in Oklahoma. This was her 2nd time going to OK. On Memorial Day, we were back in Wichita and visited with Grammy & Papa, GG and Papa, Uncle Don and Aunt Rose (came from Denver), Aunt Dorothy (from Oregon), Uncle Kyle, and Uncle Jeff. It was a busy weekend!


Also, Shelby is now pulling herself up onto furniture. Watch out world - here she comes!

Cinco de Mayo

We went to Waterbabies for the 3rd week this morning. Shelby has warmed up to swimming. She splashed, chattered, and attempted floating on her back.

This afternoon we headed downtown to the Cinco de Mayo celebration. There we visited with Jose and Hollie and all of the Tejeda's while they sold their tacos, enchiladas, and tamales. Mmmmmm, good! Shelby loved the Mariachi band (in fact, we bought their CD).

Last night, Grandpa came over and we had birthday cake (his b-day was the 3rd). Shelby and Grandpa had fun!
