Future Boyfriend

It was a busy weekend. On Friday, we celebrated Papa Charlie's 82nd birthday over at their house. Then Saturday, we went to Uncle Joe and Aunt Donna's 25th anniversary party at the Hyatt. Shelby had so much fun crawling on the dance floor, dancing with Momma, Daddy, Jamie, and Jennifer. She gave Jessica kisses and also hung out with Aunt Nina for awhile. Then we watched the Wrangler's fireworks before going home. On Sunday, we finally met Jay, Shelby's future boyfriend. He is such a sweet little baby. Grammy and Papa babysat this evening for a few hours. Needless to say, she is a little tired - fell asleep easy tonight!

Also, Shelby has been taking regular naps during the day in her crib! This is a huge step for us! (now, if only we can work on night time...)

Busy Week

It's been a busy week. Uncle Jason, Aunt Brandie, and Kendell babysat Shelby last Saturday so Momma and Daddy could go out to dinner for our 7th anniversary. Then on Sunday, Grammy and Papa watched her so we could go see Ratatouille with John and Nina(a very cute movie!) We visited Momma's friends at Hite Fanning Wed and Uncle John and Aunt Nina came over that evening to watch their wedding video that Andy finally finished. Grammy and Papa also stopped by with a blackberry cobbler afterwards. Mmmmmm, good. We went to the Zoo yesterday and saw the baby Rhino. Tonight we'll go to Grandma and Papa's for Papa's birthday!

Phew! We're gonna need a day to rest this weekend. :)
